Day of Russian Culture 2009

Russian Ethnic Representative Council of Victoria invites you to attend a traditional concert

When: Saturday 3 October, 2009

Time: 1.30pm

Where: Melba Hall, Melbourne University, Royal Parade, Parkville

Description: The concert of classical music is dedicated to the twentieth anniversary of the sisterhood between the cities of Melbourne and St. Petersburg.

Presenting renowned Victorian musicians from Russian and Australian backgrounds and the world famous Peter’s Quartet performing folk songs, lyrical romances and Russian Orthodox hymns.

Cost: Adults - $25, Concession - $20

The Russian Ethnic Representative Council of Victoria is proud to invite you to Russian Fair  2009.

Russian Fair - 2009 (media release)

Russian Ethnic Representsative Council of Victoria would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by the postponement of Russian Fair (initially it was planned for 28th February 2009). The festival was postponed due to the bush fire tragedy in Victoria. RERC Committee of Management has decided it as inappropriate to run an entertaining event in a such tragic time.
