VESTNIK is the newsletter of the Russian Ethnic Representative Council of Victoria through which RERC communicates information to and about the Russian community around Melbourne.

VESTNIK brings its readers:

• The latest news from the Council about its programs, services, events
• Updates on government initiatives and regulations
• Coverage of cultural events and interviews with prominent people from our community
• And much more!

VESTNIK is prepared for printing by a team of professional volunteers. The newsletter is published at the expense of RERC and is FREE for all subscribers. Currently it is distributed directly to over 2,000 homes and over 200 email addresses.
