RERC also acts as an umbrella for a range of community organisations to provide a platform for various cultural initiatives and community events.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 40px\" class=\"nicdark_section  \"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>Role Purpose:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 20px\" class=\"nicdark_section  \"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>The Rostering Coordinator coordinates and manages the delivery of services to all clients across Support at Home, CHSP, and Brokerage programs.<br \/>\nThis role works closely with internal teams, brokerage partners, external providers, and care workers to ensure the delivery of reliable, high-quality, and client-centred services.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 40px\" class=\"nicdark_section  \"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h3><strong>Key Accountabilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 20px\" class=\"nicdark_section  \"><\/div>\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>\u25cf Prepare, maintain and update rosters in a timely manner, balancing rostering rules and Care Worker skills\/preferences with client needs and preferences in order to ensure safe and quality care is delivered to all clients.<br \/>\n\u25cf Manage roster changes associated with planned and unplanned leave of Care Workers or changed client needs.<br \/>\n\u25cf Advise Care Workers and external providers about their rosters and specific tasks and duties related to shifts\/clients<br \/>\n\u25cf Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in the RERC client management system and rostering software<br \/>\n\u25cf Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders \u2014 such as brokerage partners, external providers, Client Service Coordinators, Care Advisors, Care Workers, and clients to ensure services are delivered consistently, safely, and in line with client-centred care principles<br \/>\n\u25cf Process, check and validate timesheets of Care Workers as per RERC processes<br \/>\n\u25cf Assist with administrative tasks as required<br \/>\n\u25cf Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards, program guidelines, policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u25cf Develop and maintain a positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders, including service providers and key referrers.<br \/>\n\u25cf Actively participate in the organisation\u2019s risk management process. Identify, address, mitigate, control, evaluate and escalate operational and client risks, including clinical risk factors.<br \/>\n\u25cf Participate in quality and accreditation self-assessment activities and support implementation of agreed improvements.<br \/>\n\u25cf Ensure timely, relevant and accurate data collection, prepare statistics and reports as required.<br \/>\n\u25cf Keep abreast of industry standards and knowledge.<br \/>\n\u25cf Perform other related duties as assigned or required.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 40px\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>\u25cf Previous experience in a similar role and\/or the community care sector (desirable)<br \/>\n\u25cf Fluent Russian<br \/>\n\u25cf Current Police
