Our care is customised to suit your individual needs and our professional staff will help you understand your options and reassess them if your care needs will change.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We provide the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal care:\u00a0may include showering, grooming and dressing, continence care, help with mobility, help with exercises, assistance with dining\/ feeding<\/li>\n<li>Domestic\/ Household and Companion Support: may include cooking and meal preparation, prepare grocery list, cleaning, make the beds and change linen, laundry \u2013 wash and put away clothes, iron clothes, companionship and friendly conversation, reading and board games<\/li>\n<li>Clinical care:\u00a0nursing services e.g. regular clinical assessments and clinical care reviews, wound care, identifying and addressing clinical risks, e.g weight loss, pain, medication administration<\/li>\n<li>Allied health services: physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, dietician, podiatrist (provided by third-party partners)<\/li>\n<li>Meals and nutrition<\/li>\n<li>Transportation to get you out and about: doctor\u2019s appointments \/ social events \/ church, grocery shopping, outings to the theatre and similar, take walks, visit the park<\/li>\n<li>Day\/ overnight in-home respite<\/li>\n<li>Social support:\u00a0 friendly home visits, hobbies and community group activities<\/li>\n<li>Gardening: lawn mowing, pruning and other requirements (provided by third-party partners)<\/li>\n<li>Minor home safety modifications: as recommended by occupational therapist (provided by third-party providers)<\/li>\n<li>Mobility aids and dexterity: walking stick, walking frame, wheelchair, electrical bed, shower chair and similar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Your individual care plan will be designed to address your individual needs, preferences, health and other priorities, and maximise value you will get out of your package, within boundaries of your HCP budget and scope of HCP program. Our professional and friendly HCP Care Advisor will assist you in managing your package including initial and ongoing assessments of your needs, preparation and management of your HCP budget, coordination of your services schedule, referrals to specialised services (e.g. nursing or allied health services), education and advocacy support around navigating aged care system.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>(Please note, at this stage Russian Aged Care is not able to offer services to consumers who choose to self-manage their Home Care
