clients<\/li>\n<li>Provide personalised care in accordance with individual care plans<\/li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with the team to deliver care aligned with RERC&#8217;s values of inclusivity, respect, and community provide domestic assistance services<\/li>\n<li>Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering excellence in care<\/li>\n<li>Warm, empathetic, and caring approach to supporting elderly clients<\/li>\n<li>Physical ability to perform the duties required in this role.<\/li>\n<li>Current Australian driver\u2019s licence and access to a registered, roadworthy vehicle for work purposes<\/li>\n<li>Russian language skills are highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<div style=\"background-color:;height: 40px\" class=\"nicdark_section\"><\/div>\n\t<div
