Russian Ethnic Representative Council of Victoria has more than 30 years of experience in delivering Aged Care services for the Russian Speaking Community. We created brokerage services to serve our community members who choose to receive services through other providers, but want to stay connected to our community, its people and language.

We make it easy for your organization to understand and meet the needs of your clients.

Our Staff

Our staff are experienced and qualified to provide the best possible care and support for your clients in both Russian and English. All our staff have police checks and as a minimum, Certificate III level qualifications, which allow us to deliver services to clients on Home Care Packages and other government-funded programs.

Services We Provide:

• Domestic duties: cleaning, laundry, ironing etc.
• Personal Care
• Meal preparation
• Transport and accompany clients to/from activities such as appointments, shopping, banking, etc.
• Socialization and companionship
• Respite care to allow family members, who usually care for the client to have a break 
• Gardening and home maintenance
