The Opportunity:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and assistance to older people, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support elderly clients with their daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity
  • Deliver domestic assistance services to clients
  • Provide personalised care in accordance with individual care plans
  • Build positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver care aligned with RERC’s values of inclusivity, respect, and community engagement.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in community or aged care (or relevant industry experience).
  • Willingness to provide domestic assistance services
  • Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering excellence in care
  • Warm, empathetic, and caring approach to supporting elderly clients
  • Physical ability to perform the duties required in this role.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a registered, roadworthy vehicle for work purposes
  • Russian language skills are highly desirable.
