The purpose of the fairy-tale workshop Moscovia is the creation, demonstration and popularisation of exclusive collections of traditional Russian clothes, known in our time only through illustrations and descriptions in historical literature, archives and in memoirs.
This includes a wide range of genuine handmade items: Rustic costumes that were popular in Russia, clothes of ancient Slavs, medieval items, objects of historic authenticity, copies of costumes of the Russian Empire, military and uniform Costumes and modern outfits in Slavic style and so on. We host stage stows, where we utilise required materials and objects with decorative and aesthetic qualities, intended not only for practical use, but also for decoration.
