The aim of the Aged Care Meals is to provide you with prepared healthy and nutritious food delivered to your home.
While good nutrition matters at any age, it becomes more important in your later years. Eating a balanced diet and regular meals is an important part of both your physical and emotional wellness.
We understand that it’s not just about meal delivery, it’s about a nutrition partnership based on your needs, likes and preferences.
To receive government-funded service you will need to have a referral from My Aged Care.

After you have been assessed by My Aged Care and have chosen Russian Ethnic Council of Victoria (RERC/Russian Aged Care) as your provider our Russian-speaking Client Services Coordinator will be in touch to arrange a home visit. During this home visit, you can tell us what help around the house you need, and your preferences on time and carer.
If you are eligible for the Commonwealth Home Support Program, 70% of the cost will be covered by the government. You will be asked to pay 30% of the cost directly to the Lite n’ Easy and Good Meals.
Our Client Services Coordinator will discuss the cost of the service and all the details with you during an initial consultation.
We’re here to help and we speak your language!
