Social Support Groups

The aim of our Social Support Groups is to bring together Russian speaking senior citizens of all backgrounds. Our members participate in social and recreational activities, which promote their health, general well-being, friendship, confidence and independence.

We hold our Social Support Groups meetings in safe and comfortable venues with easy access. We plan and organize activities for our clubs according to the interests and abilities of our members. Also, we include a wide range of activities, such as exercises, singing, dancing, socialising, games, outings and cultural celebrations.

If you want to join any of our clubs, please give us a call on or send an inquiry today!
